1. The Service

CatMe AI turns photos you upload into stylized cartoon cat avatars using artificial intelligence. We offer a free tier with limited daily generations and a paid Premium subscription with additional benefits.

2. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must not share your account or use the Service for unlawful purposes.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload or generate content that:

• Violates any law or third-party rights.
• Is harmful, abusive, obscene, or depicts minors inappropriately.
• Infringes copyrights, trademarks, or privacy of others.
• Attempts to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.

You must only upload photos you have the right to use (e.g. your own selfie or content you have permission to use).

4. Free Tier & Premium

• Free users receive up to 5 generations per day, subject to change.
• Premium subscriptions are billed monthly ($9.99) or yearly ($59.99) via Stripe.
• Premium benefits may include unlimited generations and watermark-free downloads, as shown on the Service.
• We may modify plans, limits, or pricing with reasonable notice where required by law.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through Stripe or your account settings.
• Refunds are handled at our discretion unless required by applicable law.
• Failed payments may result in loss of Premium access.

6. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of photos you upload.
• You receive a license to use generated avatars for personal and commercial use, except where prohibited by law or these Terms.
• The CatMe AI name, branding, and website content remain our property.
• AI output may not be unique; similar results may be generated for other users.

7. AI Disclaimer

Generated images are produced by automated AI systems. Results may vary and are provided "as is." We do not guarantee that outputs will meet your expectations or be error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CatMe AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for legal or security reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that should survive termination will remain in effect.
